I agree with you on LaBute. I've always thought of him as a "brave" writer telling unpopular (but fair) tales.
This weekend, I chose "Little Miss Sunshine" over "The Wicker Man." I was happy with that choice...now I'm not so sure. But I'm not sure about that either...

Ahh, the “Wickerman”, the remake was unimpressive, but the original was the one of the best Pagan feel good films ever made.
